Summary

Join Prolific, a leader in AI human data infrastructure, as a Talent Partner (Technology) for a 6-month contract. You will play a key role in the technology department's growth, leading hiring activities from attraction to interview. This involves developing talent pipelines, executing sourcing campaigns, and building our employer brand. You will collaborate with senior partners and hiring managers, utilizing data to inform hiring strategies. Requirements

• Proven background and experience in technical recruitment, attracting, and hiring world class talent in a fast growing product lead scaleup
• Highly motivated, with a positive, pragmatic, roll-your-sleeves-up mentality
• A desire to work hard, and fill roles with great people
• Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS
• A background in executing innovative sourcing strategies, and the resilience and creativity to know when to apply these
• A highly collaborative approach and demonstrated ability to build credibility with your stakeholders
• Innovative and scalable solutions to continuously improve our hiring experience and processes

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Senior Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organisation
• Develop talent pipelines and execute tactical sourcing campaigns leveraging modern sourcing tools
• Work with the wider Prolific team on tactical research & referral generation
• Develop a deep understanding of Prolific, our product, and values to effectively articulate our mission and culture to prospective Prolificos
• Qualify potential candidates to determine their suitability through phone interviewing, and behavioral based questions
• Utilise Data for reporting and influencing our hiring approach
• Support and deliver our vision to create a world-class employer brand

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using modern tools such as Gem, Loxo, Seekout & Covey would be advantageous
