Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience required
  • Experience in renewable energy, required
  • Experience recruiting Development Division positions, required
  • Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques, required
  • Experience approaching passive candidates
  • Experience screening resumes to match qualifications
  • Proficiency using various ATS and other recruiting systems
  • Proficiency using software programs such as MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills and be a self-motivated team player
  • A quick learner with great attention to detail
  • Sound judgement and ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
  • Deadline-oriented with an ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; and the ability to quickly work into new tasks and accommodate new circumstances
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving dynamic, environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the full life-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing top talent, working with recruiters on job descriptions, scheduling interviews with candidates, etc
  • Source candidates through various resources: networking, cold calling, internet searches, resume databases, contact lists, and employee referrals
  • Assist in the development of innovative sourcing, recruitment strategies, and outreach opportunities to attract diverse, qualified candidates
  • Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
  • Screen resumes to determine basic qualifications
  • Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned

Benefits

  • $35 - $45 an hour
