As a crucial member of our Hiring team, you will serve as an expert in all recruiting systems, tools, and procedures while providing essential training and support during onboarding.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Recruiting Operations within a fast-growing company
• Proficiency in Greenhouse as a Site Admin, skilled in user permissions, approvals, and generating custom reports using internal TA tools
• Proficient in Gsuite: pivot tables, data validation, conditional statements, and formatting
• Strong familiarity in writing SQL queries
• In-depth knowledge of Recruiting Pipelines, Funnels, and Conversion metrics
• Proven expertise in project management, capable of analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for enhancement

Responsibilities

• Join as a crucial member of our Hiring team, serving as the expert in all recruiting systems, tools, and procedures while providing essential training and support during onboarding
• Maintain accurate and updated internal hiring data within our systems, playing a pivotal role in ensuring data precision
• Lead improvements in our ATS, Greenhouse, while optimizing recruiting workflows to enhance efficiency
• Manage internal projects to strengthen our data infrastructure and reporting capabilities
• Proactively spot and resolve discrepancies in hiring plans, requisitions, interview plans, job descriptions, and offer details to uphold data accuracy and operational excellence
• Collaborate with the Finance and People teams to optimize recruiting processes using available systems
