Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in business, management, or a related field
• Several years of experience in sales, ideally in a B2B or B2C environment
• Proven leadership experience in leading and developing teams
• Excellent analytical skills and pronounced strategic thinking
• Knowledge of using analysis tools and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot)
• Very good English and German skills (C2 level) in spoken and written form. (Company language is English)
