Summary
Join Lingoda's B2B unit as a Team Lead Health Sales B2C and contribute to innovative solutions for Germany's skilled labor shortage. You will build and lead a sales team, develop a long-term sales strategy, and drive projects for doctors and education. This role requires a strong sales background, leadership experience, and analytical skills. Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in business, management, or a related field
- Several years of experience in sales, ideally in a B2B or B2C environment
- Proven leadership experience in leading and developing teams
- Excellent analytical skills and pronounced strategic thinking
- Knowledge of using analysis tools and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot)
- Very good English and German skills (C2 level) in spoken and written form. (Company language is English)
Responsibilities
- Build and passionately lead a sales team
- Develop a long-term sales strategy based on data-driven insights
- Utilize analytical skills and business acumen to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- Build trusting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage resources efficiently and maintain oversight even in dynamic situations
