Summary

Join Westernacher Solutions, a leading IT consulting and solution provider, as a recruiter managing the full recruiting process for various tech positions. You will conduct briefing calls with division managers, analyze and select recruiting channels, source and pre-qualify candidates, conduct initial interviews, and manage the application process. Co-design university marketing and participate in recruiting events are also part of the role. The ideal candidate has a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, 2-3 years of experience recruiting tech positions, and advanced German and English skills. Requirements

  • A degree in business administration or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification in the field of human resources
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the recruitment of tech positions, ideally in in-house recruiting or in personnel consulting
  • Agility, empathy, strong communication skills as well as an independent and reliable way of working
  • Sense of responsibility and high level of service orientation
  • Advanced knowledge of German and English!

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the recruiting process for various tech positions in the company
  • Conduct briefing calls in close consultation with our division managers as well as analyzing and selecting suitable recruiting channels
  • Professional approach and selection of candidates via active sourcing as well as initial pre-qualification of applications
  • Conducting initial telephone interviews, organizing and accompanying the application process as a central contact person and ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Co-design of university marketing as well as planning and participation in recruiting events

Preferred Qualifications

Good IT application skills (MS Office), very good experience with sourcing strategies and channels as well as initial experience in dealing with applicant management tools are an advantage
