Summary

The job is for an implementation consultant role in a fast-growing Conversational AI SaaS company focused on the financial services industry. The role involves leading business process discovery workshops, developing and leveraging expertise in AI solutions, managing technical projects, and ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing implementation consultant role, preferably in a software or AI technology environment

Responsibilities

  • Leading business process discovery workshops
  • Developing and leveraging expertise in AI solutions
  • Planning, managing, and performing application build, test, and deploy activities
  • Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various program or project workstreams
  • Creating project deliverables and standards
  • Planning and establishing after go-live activities
  • Effectively communicating complex client and solution concepts to audiences of varying levels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts
  • Have worked in a (Series A - Series C) B2B SaaS startup environment
  • Proven expertise in steering technical projects, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion
  • Adept at strategically gathering and distilling requirements, coupled with a mastery of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to guarantee optimal project outcomes
  • Skillful in crafting meticulous testing workflows and scenarios, contributing to the delivery of high-quality and flawlessly functioning solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional customer success, showcasing a commitment to understanding and exceeding client expectations
  • Proven project management skills with experience leading end-to-end implementations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
  • Experience working with AI, including chatbots preferred
  • SAAS and/or Fintech industry experience preferred
