Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS-based implementations and project management
• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Services or other related fields is preferred
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work remotely and manage tasks and priorities
• Must have the ability to work independently
• Must have the ability to collaborate in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Acclimate clients to the company's software products
• Deliver excellent customer service during implementation
• Ensure reliable functionality and communication during implementation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with various technologies and languages such as authentication protocols, XML, HTML, CSS, Ruby on Rails, Javascript, Jquery, JSON, SQL, AICC and SCORM
