Join Experian as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) and lead the execution of mission-critical initiatives focused on cloud-native platforms, modern data ecosystems, and AI-driven systems. You will guide complex programs across engineering, product, and data science teams, translating vision into reality with measurable business value. This role involves leading program planning and execution, driving stakeholder alignment, facilitating technical discussions, and translating strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps. You will also identify and manage risks, communicate with senior leadership, and champion process optimization. The position reports to the Director of Technical Program Management and offers opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or systems delivery—preferably in SaaS, cloud-native, or data-intensive environments
- Experience leading architecture-level discussions, infrastructure planning, and platform modernization programs
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS preferred), including services like S3, Lambda, Glue, DynamoDB, SageMaker, and cost optimization frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Rally
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent program/project management certifications
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and operationalization of programs involving cloud, data, security, and GenAI technologies
- Drive alignment across stakeholders and serve as the accountability anchor for end-to-end execution across product, engineering, architecture, and DevOps
- Facilitate deep technical conversations—including system architecture, data pipelines, infrastructure scalability, and generative AI model operations
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and execution plans using Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery frameworks
- Identify risks and manage dependencies, clearing execution blockers and aligning stakeholders at all levels
- Communicate with senior leadership—offering insight into status, trade-offs, mitigation plans, and measurable impact
- Champion process optimization, tooling automation, and lean delivery practices to enhance team performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services and healthcare)
- Current with Generative AI trends and identifying practical opportunities for integration
- Proficient in financial portfolio management with a focus on CAPEX and OPEX planning, ensuring alignment with strategic and fiscal goals
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, observability tooling, and cloud cost optimization strategies
- Knowledge of data governance, streaming systems, or real-time decisioning frameworks
- AWS Certifications (e.g., Cloud Practitioner, AI Practitioner)
