Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects
  • Deep understanding of relevant technologies and the ability to make informed technical decisions
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and influence teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to think strategically and make decisions that align with organizational goals
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
  • Superior communications skills: interpersonal, written, and presentation
  • Proven ability to understand and breakdown complex, multifaceted programs and projects into manageable pieces, organize cross-functionally and drive execution
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and starting from "scratch"

Responsibilities

  • Leading complex, cross-functional programs: Managing programs that involve multiple teams and departments, requiring strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ensuring alignment with organizational goals: Ensuring projects align with overarching objectives and key results
  • Driving project execution: Managing project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Streamlining processes: Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in project execution
  • Cross-functional alignment: Facilitating communication and collaboration between different teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
  • Risk management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Mentoring and development : Guiding and mentoring more junior team members in project management best practices
  • Influencing stakeholders: Effectively communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Deep technical expertise: Having a strong understanding of the relevant technical domain and being able to make informed decisions about technical trade-offs
  • Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving complex technical and organizational challenges
  • Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data into actionable insights and document decision making as well as thought process
  • Metric & KPI Reporting: Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators and metrics for growth initiatives. Establish and utilize existing systems for tracking and reporting these metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives
