Remote Technical Program Manager

Summary

Limble is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support their engineering team in delivering project requirements throughout all development stages. The role involves implementing cross-functional processes, coordinating across teams, tracking project progress, standardizing departmental processes, assessing and mitigating risks, facilitating continuous learning, and ensuring deliverable timelines are met.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical program management
• Experience using Agile project management methodology
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous projects
• Familiar with analyzing data to measure efficiency and continuously optimize processes
• Understanding of technological challenges and risks related to software development

Responsibilities

• Support engineering department by implementing cross-functional processes and roadmaps
• Coordinate across teams to develop and clearly communicate project objectives, resource planning, and task assignments
• Track ongoing project progress and ensure deliverable timelines are met
• Standardize and maintain departmental processes, workflows, and documentation and ensure consistent team-wide adoption
• Assess and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycle
• Utilize reporting frameworks and dashboards to track goals, OKRs, department-wide metrics, etc
• Facilitate continuous learning and development efforts by promoting best practices and ensuring ongoing skill development across teams
