Summary
Join Lingraphica as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional initiatives modernizing and optimizing internal business systems. You will drive successful implementation and continuous improvement of ERP, CRM, medical billing (RCM), BI/reporting, and system integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align technology with business needs, streamlining workflows and improving data consistency. This role involves managing a small team, overseeing system integrations, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The TPM will also define business intelligence needs and coordinate the delivery of dashboards and reports. The position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technical or systems-focused capacity
- Proven experience leading ERP, CRM, and/or medical billing/RCM implementations or modernizations
- Strong understanding of business processes in operations, finance, billing, customer support, and sales
- Experience with system integrations and data architecture, including API-based solutions and middleware
- Familiarity with modern SaaS platforms and cloud-based business systems
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic business system programs across ERP, CRM, RCM, BI/reporting, and data analytics platforms
- Define program goals, processes, timelines, and success metrics, and manage execution through detailed project plans and communication strategies
- Lead vendor selection, RFP processes, and implementation planning for new systems and integrations
- Manage and lead a small team of business analysts, system administrators, and data engineers
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams, system vendors, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into system requirements
- Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment of priorities, dependencies, and deliverables
- Oversee integration efforts between core business systems (e.g., CRM to ERP, ERP to RCM, etc.) to eliminate manual processes and improve data consistency
- Identify and document gaps, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies and propose scalable, tech-enabled solutions
- Identify opportunities for the strategic implementation of AI to improve process efficiency and scalability
- Implement governance standards for data, systems access, and change management across platforms
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA, data privacy, and billing standards for DME and healthcare-related workflows
- Partner with stakeholders to define business intelligence needs and coordinate the delivery of dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure data pipelines and reporting tools meet operational and strategic needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of system integrations (flat file, JSON, Rest APIs, Postman)
- Experience in a medical device (DME) or healthcare company
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, NetSuite (or similar ERP), clearinghouse-integrated RCM platforms, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience working in an organization transitioning through growth
