Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in the Web3 or blockchain industry
• Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies, such as Ethereum, Polygon, Polkadot, or other relevant networks, and familiarity with consensus protocols
• Proficiency in program management methodologies and tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to evolving program requirements and priorities

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership and product managers to define program objectives, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with the company's Web3 vision
• Lead a portfolio of Web3 projects, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives
• Maintain a deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain platforms, smart contracts, DApps, and related tools and protocols
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks. Develop contingency plans and address issues that may impact program delivery
• Manage program resources, including budgets, staffing, and technology requirements. Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization
• Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality Web3 solutions. Oversee testing, validation, and compliance with industry standards
• Maintain transparent and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular updates on program progress, milestones, and deviations from the plan
• Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including strategic plans, program charters, and status reports
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging Web3 technologies. Propose and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance program efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DApps, and Smart Contract development is a plus
• Certifications like PgMP, PMP, or similar are advantageous
