Technical Program Manager

Summary

The job is for a Technical Program Manager who will organize and execute high-priority product projects, focusing on engineering efficiency and project execution. They will work closely with Product, Engineering, and other departments to remove blockers and maintain a strong release cadence. The role requires 2-3+ years of program management experience, preferably in an early-stage company or fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Engineering and Product to identify an ideal work cadence
• Manage the execution of Product projects from ticket pick-up to release
• Enforce optimal processes without slowing down velocity
• Execute manual QA as needed to continue to make progress towards release
• Define and report on active progress towards priorities
• Write and standardize process documentation
• Lead agile ceremonies and conduct daily stand-ups for Engineering teams
