Summary

This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, from conducting initial interviews and coordinating assessments to developing comprehensive search strategies and communicating with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills. While a startup environment experience and a Bachelor's Degree in IT are preferred, the most important qualities are ownership, a willingness to challenge norms, and a passion for building something lasting. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and relentless follow-up
- Ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal English
Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate various rounds of assessments & interviews
- Sourcing from different channels and screening resumes and applications
- Coordinating with hiring managers as and when required
- Communicating with management and other team members to ensure status updates
- Develop & Drive comprehensive search strategies to recruit talent
- Any other responsibilities delegated
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Start-up environment
- Experience with in-house recruitment
- Has a Bachelor's Degree in an IT field
