Summary

Join our fully remote team dedicated to creating a zero-waste future in the airline industry. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in building our team by focusing on hiring technical roles, primarily software engineers, and supporting other departments as needed. You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage multiple hiring pipelines, and ensure a proactive and strategic approach to recruitment. You will also be responsible for improving our employer branding and ensuring compliance with hiring policies. The position reports to the Head of Finance and HR and requires close collaboration with hiring managers across all departments.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience recruiting in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously with a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineers
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess both technical qualifications and cultural fit
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools
  • Familiarity with European hiring practices and remote hiring compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote work environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assess technical and cultural fit, and coordinate interview loops
  • Proactively manage and monitor all hiring pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and candidate progression
  • Push hiring managers to engage with candidates, provide feedback, and maintain momentum across pipelines
  • Track and analyze pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates
  • Partner with HR and Communications to improve our employer branding
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, including geographic eligibility (e.g., avoiding candidates from non-hiring regions)
  • Own the candidate experience from first contact to onboarding, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and other platforms, is a plus
