Summary

Join Offchain Labs, a leader in blockchain technology, as a Technical Recruiter. You will play a critical role in growing our technical and non-technical teams. Partnering with hiring managers, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the blockchain space. Leveraging data and existing processes, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying needs to extending offers. Your passion for blockchain and proven experience in full-cycle recruiting are essential. Requirements

  • MUST have a passion for AND professional experience recruiting within blockchain / web3 space
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in full-lifecycle recruiting; prior tech startup experience is ideal
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Exceptional work ethic and highly coachable
  • Familiar with Lever or a comparable applicant tracking system
  • Strong planning and operational skills

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Talent leadership and execute the talent strategy
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Expertly lead and execute our recruitment processes across various roles and build a network in the external talent market
  • Leverage data insights and reporting to drive recruiting initiatives
  • Follow existing processes while identifying gaps and proposing solutions
  • Operate with a high level of urgency with a consultative approach to stakeholders
  • Keep track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
  • Be creative and flexible when strategically sourcing talent
  • Nurture trust-based relationships with candidates
  • Extend employment offers
