Summary
Join Pearl Technologies, a growing, entrepreneurial organization, as a fully remote Technical Recruiter based in Chandigarh. You will conduct full-cycle recruitment, evaluate candidates, administer assessments, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Requirements
- 3 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting (in-house is an asset)
- Familiarity with using tools of the trade: ATS systems, LinkedIn, social media, souring tools etc
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to dissect staffing needs and develop strategies to activate high quality, diverse candidate pool and ensure a quality selection process
- Evaluate profiles/information on potential candidates and conducting full cycle recruitment
- Building a continuous candidate pipeline and creating leads through various sourcing methods including but not limited to: cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, indeed etc
- Administer various assessments and check employment references
- Ensure great candidate experience keeping candidates well informed and well prepared throughout the entire process
- Strong sourcing skills with a proven track of turning passive candidates into hires
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and other candidate relationships
- Participate and support Human Resources projects
- Advise and make recommendations to managers on best practices, human rights legislation and all other relevant legislations pertaining to Recruitment and Selection
- Developing, maintaining and updating job descriptions on a periodic basis
- Conducted exit interviews and reported trends to management
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree or College Diploma in a technical field
- Exceptional networking, relationship building and organizational skills
