Technical Recruiter

Summary

Join Smartsheet's EMEA team as a Recruiter for a 9-month contract! This full-time role (37.5 hours/week) focuses on full-cycle recruiting for India and UK-based Engineering roles. You'll report to the Sr. Manager in Scotland and can work remotely within the UK or from our London office. Responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruiting process, developing hiring strategies, partnering with hiring managers, and building candidate networks. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience and expertise with ATS systems. Smartsheet offers a welcoming and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of complex roles
• Success in hiring a combination of evergreen and single-threaded roles
• Experience partnering with and advising managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
• Experience prioritising multiple searches, projects, and relationships
• Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience
• The ability to scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the talent Acquisition team
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
• Legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis

Responsibilities

• Manage a full-cycle recruiting process with a primary focus on hiring technical talent at all levels (entry-level through leadership) across Smartsheet’s India and EMEA locations
• Build and execute a developed hiring strategy
• Partner with and advise hiring managers and hiring teams
• Develop a network of candidates through passive and active sourcing and ongoing relationship management
• Participate in special events, such as recruiting events, career fairs, conferences, networking events, and others
• Participate in internal Smartsheet projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
