Summary

Join VetsEZ as a full-time, 100% remote Technical Recruiter and play a key role in driving company growth by identifying and recruiting top talent. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in federal contracts, Healthcare IT, or staffing agencies
  • Proven success in a remote work environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, administering technical assessments, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and closing candidates
  • Develop sourcing strategies and timelines for job openings, adjusting as necessary to meet hiring needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and create effective recruitment strategies
  • Evaluate candidates for overall fit and confirm qualifications through pre-screening interviews
  • Support the business development team by building a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles
  • Review a high volume of applications daily, maintain the applicant tracking system, and ensure compliance with EEO guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to follow employment laws and regulations e.g. DOL, OFCCP, EEO, ADA, etc
  • Excellent communications and negotiation skills
  • Ability to obtain a government clearance
