Requirements

• Increase in the percentage of deals closed successfully when the technical solutions consultant is involved in the sales process
• Ensure the technical solution consultant proactively participates in the presales process
• Develop and update critical pre-sales materials, ensuring they are accurate and relevant and effectively support the sales process

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements
• Collaborate with the technical team to design and customise solutions that align with customer needs
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations
• Provide pre-sales technical support to sales representatives and clients
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including technical proposals, solution architectures, statements of work, and technical sales collateral
