Summary

Join our A-team as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and help small-medium biopharmaceutical companies navigate the complex world of clinical trials. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to clients, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in providing technical support, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficient in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in supporting AWS and/or Azure cloud environment
  • Understanding of the following technologies and services: Switches, VPN, and Wi-Fi access points and other networking technologies
  • Identity Management – Active Directory, Azure AD, and MFA
  • Microsoft O365 Applications: Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Exchange, Stream
  • Microsoft Power Platform

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients by diagnosing and resolving issues related to software and tools
  • Identify, manage and address issues related to computer systems, networking, Cloud, and software applications
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement
  • Conduct planning, project management, and implementation of infrastructure initiatives
  • Develop technical training materials and conduct training sessions
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality, customer-focused products and services
