They are hiring a Technical Support Engineer II to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or related experience, proficiency in at least one programming language, understanding of RESTful APIs, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, coding certification through a coding bootcamp, or 3+ years of related experience
• Proficient in at least one programming language (C#, VBScript, JavaScript, markup languages, Python, or Java)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and interpreting requests/responses

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level contact to customers via various communication channels to convey resolutions to customer issues
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products, software, or services
• Collaborate with other technical teams and engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues
