Summary

Join SupportYourApp as a Technical Support Engineer in a remote position. Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • 2-5 years of experience in technical support, data engineering, or related roles
  • Proficiency in Python, Pandas, and other data engineering tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of customer issues, triage, troubleshoot, and resolve them efficiently
  • Examine log files and customer data to determine the root cause of issues
  • Communicate with customers via email, video conferencing, online chat, and other systems
  • Manage escalated issues and ensure timely communication with customers
  • Create reusable self-education assets for customers
  • Utilize Python, Pandas, and other data engineering tools to support customer data needs
  • Document customer issues with logs and analysis, and escalate them to the product and development teams
  • Identify gaps in the knowledge base and customer-facing documentation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sustainability or a passion for climate change initiatives is a plus
