Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven success sourcing for technical, go-to-market, or specialized roles across multiple levels
  • Comfort navigating sourcing platforms, Boolean searches, and candidate engagement strategies
  • Strong communication skillsโ€”written and verbalโ€”with a knack for crafting outreach that actually gets responses
  • Curiosity, persistence, and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates across a variety of roles
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS databases, and custom research
  • Provide consistent updates on pipeline health, market insights, and sourcing challenges, helping inform data-driven hiring strategies
  • Help drive inclusive hiring by proactively identifying and reaching out to candidates from diverse backgrounds
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in our sourcing processes, tools, and employer brand presence in targeted talent communities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Background in Generative AI, Engineering, Data Science or web3
  • International sourcing experience (Canada, USA, Latin America)
  • Trilingual is a plus (English, Spanish and Portuguese)
