Summary
Join Index Exchange's talent acquisition team as a Technical Talent Sourcer! You will partner with hiring managers and recruiters to source and engage top engineering, data science, and technology operations talent globally. Develop talent pipeline methodologies for targeted searches, engage candidates, and maintain performance metrics. Stay current on industry trends to guide your sourcing efforts. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of technical sourcing experience in a technology company and proven success in sourcing passive candidates. Requirements
- The mindset of a researcher, willing to run experiments and iterate on strategies
- Innate curiosity and the ability to think creatively in order to find talent in the less obvious places
- Minimum of 2 years of technical sourcing experience working within a technology product company or an in-house recruiting team
- Proven ability to consistently source and engage passive candidates
- Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player who understands that success in recruiting is a team effort
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to identify, nurture, and engage highly skilled prospects for our priority searches
- Develop heat maps and talent pipeline methodologies to allow for targeted searches and work at scale
- Engage with candidates and clearly communicate Indexβs vision and potential opportunities
- Maintain data reports and performance metrics via Gem (recruitment CRM)
- Stay up to date with industry and technology insights, trends and news to guide your work in identifying and engaging great talent
