Summary

Join Keyfactor as a Technical Training & Development Manager and develop, deliver, and optimize product training for employees, partners, and customers. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent understanding of content creation, strategy, and execution
  • Extensive experience managing a project, collaborating with a team of content creators and developing integrated content strategies
  • Excellent knowledge of brand voice, content alignment, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Excellent experience with content management and learning management tools
  • Advanced experience with content development and design systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Advanced writing and editing skills
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Exceptional collaboration and leadership skills
  • Proficient in analytics, and project management tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage and oversee all aspects of content strategy and execution
  • Ability to develop and implement integrated content strategies across platforms
  • Ability to monitor content performance and make strategic adjustments
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive content

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Manage Product Training
  • Create and maintain comprehensive training materials for Keyfactor University, including curriculum, written guides, audio, video, and lab resources
  • Ensure all training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with new product releases and functionality, adhering to corporate branding guidelines
  • Prioritize and manage projects to meet deadlines and launch schedules, while identifying and addressing any potential training gaps
  • Collect and analyze feedback from internal and external sources to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with product documentation teams to ensure consistency between training materials and product content
  • Partner with Marketing to deliver webinars and promote Command and Keyfactor University offerings
  • Align training initiatives with Keyfactor’s Knowledge Management goals and overall vision to drive business outcomes
  • Foster a sense of urgency and commitment to deliver value for customers and employees at all levels, ensuring impactful and effective interactions
  • Champion Knowledge Management practices, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization
