Summary
Join Paystone, a North American fintech leader, as a Territory Sales Manager to spearhead the expansion of our U.S. 3rd party ISO sales channel. You will play a pivotal role in developing and managing ISO partnerships across the United States, recruiting, training, and driving revenue growth. This position demands end-to-end ownership of the partner journey, leveraging your existing payments network to recruit 20-30 partners within the first year. You will be responsible for strategic partnership building, program development, onboarding and operational support, quota management, market intelligence, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting & analysis. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the U.S. payments industry, specifically working with ISOs/ISAs
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field
- Proven ability to recruit, manage, and train ISOs, leveraging your existing network to drive results
- Strong hands-on sales and project management abilities, with a focus on execution
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, owning all aspects of partner growth without significant internal support
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with U.S.-based ISOs, positioning Paystone as their trusted partner of choice
- Align business objectives to unlock shared success and growth opportunities, driving Paystone’s expansion in the U.S. market
- Collaborate with ISOs to design and implement impactful programs, including tailored sales, marketing, and training initiatives
- Equip ISOs with the tools, resources, and strategies needed to scale their success and achieve results quickly
- Lead a seamless, end-to-end onboarding process for new ISO partners, ensuring they are equipped to hit the ground running
- Act as the go-to liaison, providing hands-on support and resolving operational challenges by coordinating with internal Paystone teams
- Own and exceed revenue targets for assigned ISOs through strategic planning, performance monitoring, and proactive problem-solving
- Develop and execute data-driven plans that empower partners to consistently outperform goals
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive shifts in the U.S. payments ecosystem
- Leverage insights to refine Paystone’s go-to-market strategies and strengthen ISO partner offerings
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of ISO channel objectives
- Champion ISO needs internally, advocating for strategies that drive mutual success
- Track and analyze ISO partner performance using key metrics and KPIs
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to leadership, identifying opportunities for growth, optimization, and continuous improvement
