Summary

Join Cohere Health as a Quality and Training Specialist and implement quality measurements, scoring, and performance improvement data to enhance operational efficiency and surpass industry quality standards. You will support the Training and Quality department, contributing to company success through training and development. This role demands flexibility to manage short- and long-term projects alongside daily QA tasks. The position involves performing quality assurance audits, developing quality standards, analyzing results, building data dashboards, leading projects, presenting insights, delivering coaching sessions, supporting training programs, and mentoring team members. Cohere fosters a culture of partnership and ownership. The role is fully remote with about 10% travel.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms); ability to build pivot tables and create charts or dashboards
  • Experience identifying performance trends and root causes through data
  • Experience using quality management systems and conducting structured QA audits
  • Experience facilitating coaching sessions and giving constructive feedback
  • Understanding of Adult Learning Theory and Training
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular quality assurance audits to ensure adherence to established standards and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Analyze results and produce comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommending actionable improvements
  • Build and maintain data dashboards, pivot tables, and visualizations to highlight QA performance and drive decisions
  • Lead quality and training-related projects and collaborate across teams to implement solutions
  • Present insights to stakeholders internally and externally to drive planning and resolution around performance issues and discrepancies
  • Deliver coaching sessions to facilitate training to improve employee performance and knowledge
  • Support onboarding, ongoing training, and professional development programs
  • Mentor team members and support knowledge-sharing across Service Operations
