Training Coordinator

Join Hack The Box as a Training Coordinator and contribute to enhancing the quality of our cybersecurity training. You will collaborate with a team to review and refine training modules, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Responsibilities include conducting quality assessments, troubleshooting exercises and exams, and creating walkthroughs. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience with HTB Academy, strong grammatical skills, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts. Requirements

• Extensive experience with HTB Academy; holding HTB Academy certification(s) is a plus
• Strong ability to identify and correct grammatical errors, utilizing tools like Grammarly
• Solid understanding of both offensive and defensive cybersecurity concepts
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and best practices to ensure high-quality content
• Experience in creating clear, structured, and detailed technical content
• A keen eye for accuracy, consistency, and overall content quality

Responsibilities

• Conduct Quality Assessments – Review and evaluate Academy modules before release to ensure they meet quality standards
• Quality Assurance & Enhancement – Follow established QA processes to identify and improve potential content or structural issues
• Content Refinement – Proofread and enhance module language, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and grammatical correctness
• Exercise & Exam Validation – Test and troubleshoot hands-on exercises and Academy exams to verify functionality and accuracy
• Exam Grading & Feedback – Assess Academy exams and provide constructive feedback using pre-defined grading scripts
• Walkthrough Development – Create detailed walkthroughs for published modules to support learners in understanding key concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation tools and scripting is a plus
• Familiarity with GitHub and Git commands is a plus
