Training Manager

Summary

Join Peregrine Technologies as a Training Manager and oversee the development and delivery of onsite training programs for law enforcement clients. You will enhance user skills and knowledge by creating engaging training materials, ensuring workflow implementation, and acting as a key point of contact for user adoption and onboarding. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate possesses 2-5 years of experience training customers on technical software solutions, particularly within the enterprise software space and public sector. Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience training/onboarding customers to adopt technical software solutions
• Significant experience in the enterprise software space
• Ability to empathetically listen to synthesize user feedback and be the first line of support during onboarding
• Strong presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts to a diverse audience

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, coordination, and delivery of onsite training programs for our law enforcement customer base
• Enhance Peregrine user skills, knowledge, and performance by creating engaging and effective training materials
• Ensure all workflows are implemented by all our customers
• Translate complex technical workflows into more digestible training concepts
• Represent the voice of the customer

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup experience
• Relevant experience working with the public sector, law enforcement
• Position can be remote (preferably located in California) but candidate must be comfortable with 50-75% travel to customer sites throughout the United States
