Join Teracore, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), as the Test, Training, and Exercise Support Lead. This role will support tests, trainings, and exercises across the contract, focusing on emergency management, business continuity, and COOP.

Requirements

• Must have at least five (5) years of related experience in the operation and development of Test, Training, & Exercise programs
• Experienced in developing multi-year test, training, and exercise plans, creating and conducting table tops, drills, workshops, and hot washes
• Advanced knowledge and experience in HSEEP, curriculum development, exercise evaluation, and corrective action and improvement planning

Responsibilities

• Support tests, trainings, and exercises across the contract
• Report directly to the Administrative and Support Staff Lead
