Training Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Must be available to work during the hours of 3:00 PM to 5:00 AM general shift hoop

Responsibilities

• Lead Onboarding sessions on Pearl Culture, and Virtual Assistance done the Pearl way
• Design and deliver upskill programs to address identified skill gaps
• Develop and distribute learning materials for training sessions
• Assess training effectiveness through surveys and feedback
• Collaborate with teams, such as Client Success, Talent Success, Recruitment, and Operations to create relevant materials
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Talent Success Manager

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NAM, and EU programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to identify skill gaps
• Knowledge of various teaching methods, especially virtual facilitation
• Excellent organizational skills
