Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX, instructional design, electrical engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in using design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Notion, or similar)
- Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of software tools used in collaborative team environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Patience and empathy when working with diverse teams at various skill levels
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Passion for teaching and supporting others in their growth journey
- Ability to adapt and tailor training programs to diverse team needs
Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct online training sessions for employees, focusing on technical and workflow-based topics
- Customize training materials to suit the needs of various teams, ensuring relevance and practical application
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation for workflows, tools, and best practices
- Map processes and identify inefficiencies or pain points to improve team performance and communication
- Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and knowledge gaps
- Gather and analyze feedback to improve training quality and effectiveness
- Plan and organize online training events, ensuring a seamless experience for participants
- Foster a learning culture by promoting training programs and encouraging team engagement
- Act as a go-to resource for employees needing assistance with workflows, tools, or technical understanding
- Provide patient, empathetic support, ensuring employees feel confident and empowered
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in UI/UX design or familiarity with design principles is preferred
