Requirements

Experience in speaking to agents, loan officers, and clients, scheduling appointments, and follow-up around the transaction process

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing transactions from contract to close by following the system in place
• Schedule appointments such as home inspections and order disclosure statements, as required
• Maintain files to ensure all mandatory paperwork is completed and sent to the cooperating agent or broker for the client’s review and approval
• Check for all initials, signatures, and dates before marking paperwork as complete
• Monitor and assess the progress of the sale so important deadlines are met and contingencies are released
• Provide a preliminary audit of the file for managing broker to review
• Communicate with agents for listing and transaction follow-up
• Communicate with clients to verify phone numbers, closing times, etc
• Close out listing in MLS, make sure signs are picked up, etc
