Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics or in a related field
  • +5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position, ideally in a fast-paced environment, start-up or carrier
  • Deep knowledge about CEP industry (DHL/GLS/Hermes...) and best-in-class solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and making decisions with limited supervision
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, constantly-change, international environment
  • Fully proficient in English, German is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills, a high level of commitment and the ability to work under pressure
  • Confident attitude, flexibility, and enjoyment in working in an intercultural and international team

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the daily operations and performance of our last mile partners across Europe
  • Secure the transport of our goods in time by planning and aligning necessary capacities with our last mile partners
  • Oversee the overall service performance of last mile service providers to meet our internal OKRs
  • Ensure a great customer experience by steering the delivery performance by maintaining and monitoring a KPI and SLA set with our suppliers
  • Support in developing sustainability strategies to achieve our carbon neutral goal
  • Analyze and steer the delivery performance by maintaining and developing a KPI and SLA set with our suppliers
  • Improve transport utilization and sequences in order to trigger less transports
  • Manage external and internal stakeholders
