Travel Consultant

Summary

Join Japanspecialist, a part of the JTB Corporation, a leading global travel company, as a Travel Salesperson in Copenhagen. You will craft bespoke travel packages to Japan, managing bookings and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong customer service skills, experience in the travel industry (preferred), and proficiency in Amadeus and Microsoft Office. Requirements

• Be fluent in Norwegian and English, both orally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer advice and service
• Tailor travel packages based on customer needs and preferences
• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel arrangements
• Follow up on bookings and ensure everything is in order before the customer's trip
• Contribute to the company's sales goals by providing exceptional customer service
• Stay updated on the latest travel and destination trends
• Translate various materials into Norwegian
• Be proactive regarding developments in the Norwegian market
• Participate in presentations and travel fairs

Preferred Qualifications

• Have previous experience in the travel industry
• Be a skilled businessperson
• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Have knowledge of Amadeus and the Microsoft Office suite
• Have traveled in Japan
