Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English, along with Mandarin and Cantonese
• Customer Service Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a calm and professional demeanor at all times
• Problem Solving & Initiative: A genuine dedication to going the extra mile for customers, with tact, diplomacy, and a knack for creative solutions

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers via phone and email to understand their requirements and expertly guide them through the reservation process
• Manage a high volume of interactions, ensuring each one is handled with professionalism and efficiency
• Be a problem solver, dedicated to customer satisfaction, showing initiative and creativity to best meet the unique needs of each member
