UI Designer

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional UI design experience
• Strong portfolio of design projects (extra bonus for mobile designs)
• Bachelor’s degree in design, related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Solid knowledge of Figma
• Experience maintaining and working with UI kits and design systems
• Solid knowledge of interaction design, typography, color, and page layout
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Team player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Collaborate closely with SEO, Marketing, other design coworkers and engineering
• Create interaction designs
• Create UI designs for enhancing product growth (such as refining modules and templates)
• Maintain design specifications and visual consistency in different products
• Ensure that the design adapts to different devices and screen sizes
• Present work to SEO, Product and Engineering teams, as well as stakeholders
• Ability to work on different projects
• Communicate results and opportunities in clear, concise, and compelling ways to all levels of management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing mobile apps
• Knowledge of product growth
