Summary

Zoox is seeking a University Relations Recruiter to drive recruitment efforts for their internship program and university outreach. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, assisting hiring managers, planning events, increasing brand awareness, and supporting interns. Qualifications required are experience with sourcing or recruiting, exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, comfort with public speaking, a BA/BS degree, and 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in university recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Source intern candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
• Work with hiring managers across the business to understand recruiting needs
• Assist in the planning and execution of programmatic events for interns
• Increase brand awareness and represent Zoox at college fairs, information sessions, and other recruitment opportunities
• Provide support and serve as a resource for the interns during their internship

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to review high level data points to help the team make data-driven decisions on recruiting and strategic partnerships

Benefits

This is a contract position and employment for this position will be through a vendor contracted with Zoox. The pay range for this position is $60 to $65 per hour, and you will be eligible for a benefits package as offered by the vendor
