Requirements
- 4+ years of experience leading UX research projects from inception to delivery, using both generative and evaluative methods
- Passion for analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover insights and drive impactful decisions
- Skilled in usability testing, interviews, journey mapping, persona development, and survey creation
- Ability to deliver both tactical and strategic recommendations using creative and engaging communication formats
- Highly organized, analytical, and methodical—committed to improving quality through user research
- Strong communicator and collaborator, able to present findings persuasively and build alignment across teams
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to determine research objectives
- Prepare research plans, define metrics and outcomes, and execute user studies
- Recruit and schedule participant sessions, managing incentives and logistics
- Conduct research using methods such as moderated interviews, usability testing, card sorting, workshops, and surveys
- Use storytelling and creative delivery formats to share findings and help teams prioritize design decisions and product requirements
- Analyze data from diverse sources such as usage analytics, customer satisfaction surveys, and support tickets to generate insights
- Create compelling outputs such as task flows, personas, journey maps, and research reports
- Contribute to evolving our research processes, tools, and ways of working
- Support and educate designers and product managers on research methods, benefits, and applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, or a related social science discipline
- Experience in B2B or SaaS environments, especially on complex product initiatives
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence applications or research
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, financial systems, or planning software
- Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally abroad
