UX Researcher

Requirements

• Experience and Skills: A four-year college degree and professional experience in UX research, UX design, or a related discipline
• Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to analyze and synthesize large amounts of user data and convert it into actionable design recommendations
• Strong Communicator: Able to convey research findings, product requirements, and design rationale clearly to cross-functional teams
• Empathetic and Curious: Committed to understanding real user problems and finding thoughtful solutions
• Highly Organized: Comfortable managing concurrent projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with research and design tools (e.g., Excel, Figma, FullStory)

Responsibilities

• Conduct research studies including interviews, usability testing, and session replays
• Synthesize user feedback and user requirements into clear, actionable insights that guide product strategy
• Translate research findings into detailed product specifications and wireframes
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define feature requirements and design scope
• Support the end-to-end design process for select features, from early exploration through final specs
• Monitor product usage and behavioral analytics to validate design effectiveness and inform iteration
• Promote best practices for user-centered design and research across teams
