Summary
Join Infinitas Learning as a UX Researcher to contribute to a customer-centric learning platform. You will be part of the Research Operations team, supporting UX research by building tools, resources, and processes. Responsibilities include planning and managing research projects, recruiting users, supporting user research activities, managing user access to tools, creating training materials, analyzing data, reporting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses experience in UX Research Operations, qualitative and quantitative research methods, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required. Requirements
- Be familiar with qualitative and quantitative methods for UX research, prototype testing and CX measurement
- Have experience in doing interviews for UX research projects
- Work together with other researchers in Infinitas Learning to align practices and optimize research, measurements and processes so that we can synthesize and share the biggest customer needs and pain points across the different publishers
- Be curious and enjoy sharing acquired knowledge and insights with others
- Enjoy collaborating with colleagues and, by being aware of their needs, you find appropriate ways to help them with insights
- Have a strong empathy for users and a passion for understanding user needs and behaviors
- Have experience in UX Research Operations or a similar coordination role in a research environment. Experience in running research operations, including roadmap planning, participant recruitment, and maintaining a research repository is important
- Have a Bachelor's or Masterβs degree related to User Experience, Human-computer interaction, Psychology or a related field
- Excel at managing multiple research operations projects simultaneously with efficiency and precision
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills to help you collaborate effectively with internal teams and external participants. And be able to interpret data and translate findings in impactful ways
- Be excited to enhance our research operations processes and bring prior experience in process development for research teams
- Be a self-starter with a creative approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and a focus on results

- Be able to communicate fluently in English and at least one other language spoken by our publishers (Swedish, Dutch, French, Polish or Portuguese)
Responsibilities
- Create and keep an accurate and standardized overview of research requests and projects, to ensure that research project are going as planned
- Be involved in recruiting users for research, involving planning, screening, scheduling, ensuring privacy compliance, and handling the incentives
- Give teams guidance in doing user interviews, creating surveys or implementing more focused feedback requests (within the platform)
- Give stakeholders support or access to research tools
- Create templates, training or guidelines to support DIY and make research more efficient
- Develop solutions / find ways to support the (automated) analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights that inform design decisions
- Document and present research findings and share them with stakeholders across the company, ensuring that the user perspective is considered in decision-making processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other publishers to integrate user feedback into product design and development processes or align on research
- Ensure that user needs are prioritized throughout the product development lifecycle and that collegues know where to find the most important insights (& how to use them)
Preferred Qualifications
- Have proficiency in user-centered research, practices and methodologies
- Have experience with the SVPG product development of quickly iterating and testing. Experience with the design thinking approach and how to find appropriate research solutions to support design thinking is a plus
- Have specific skills or experiences in relation to the domain of (educational) publishing, content management and creation systems, and e-commerce platforms
- Be based in one of the countries where our publishers' languages are spoken
