Summary

VC Lab is hiring a Venture Associate to support multiple venture capital firms worldwide. The role requires 3+ years of customer success experience in a high-touch SaaS company and 2+ years of experience in fund administration or venture capital. The position offers a fast-paced startup environment, flexible remote work, medical and dental benefits, 401K, flexible PTO, and a salary between $70,000 - $90,000.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer success experience in a high-touch SaaS company
• 2+ years of experience in fund administration or venture capital
• High digital literacy, able to learn new software quickly
• Track record of solving complex, cross-functional customer facing issues
• Strong ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Fast learner, can take feedback and hit the ground running
• Strong, professional phone and videoconferencing persona
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and intuition, composed in handling high-stress interactions
• Proactive attitude to tackle any opportunity or challenge
• Detail-oriented and analytical nature
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing business

Responsibilities

• Support fund managers around the world via Slack, email, and videoconferencing
• Understand fund managers’ evolving needs and requirements around the world
• Provide product and customer service
• Become the main point of contact and take over customer relationships
• Continually learn about the venture capital industry and our evolving SaaS product

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a startup
• Experience working in an accelerator or incubator
• Experience working with startup financings
• Multi-lingual
