Responsibilities

• Speak to lots of customers and find opportunities to make their lives easier
• Stay close to operations to uphold a high standard, maintain speed, fix systematic gaps, and propose net new investments
• Roll out changes to customers and our teams both quickly and smoothly
• Run experiments that bring us into the future faster
• Hire, train, and allocate salespeople and operational firepower
• Shepherd us into new geos aggressively
