You will establish communication with prospects, generate leads, and manage your sales pipeline. Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a BDR for a SaaS/Data/Payments company
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
- Have the ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships
- Have the horsepower to understand, elaborate and explain detailed and complex ideas in a clear and intelligent way
- Be adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Be fluent in English and Spanish
- Be resourceful when it comes to achieving a given mission
- Be a team player, ready to make passes when needed but can also make a big play if the situation calls for it

Responsibilities
- Establish agile communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
- Be accountable regarding your prospects pipeline and ensure you meet or outperform your lead qualification quota
- Proactively research target companies, identify and reach out to key influencers and prepare summaries before and after calls in order to develop business opportunities
- Discuss the value of our offering through email, LinkedIn, videoconference, and/or other social mediums
- Set up and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions with the account executives for those leads that you qualify
- Work with the Sales team to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities in your market vertical
- Track all relevant qualification and prospect management activity in our CRM system
- Establish and collaborate with the Sales team in order to create a cold prospecting and lead-generation strategy
- Become a domain expert in Fintech and Open Banking in Latin America
Preferred Qualifications
- Have past experience in Fintech, Credit or Payments working in or selling in B2B companies
- Have participated in technology sales before
