Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of extensive sales experience in the pharmaceutical, radiopharmaceutical, or medical device industry
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or higher education preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferred
  • Significant experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology
  • Proven experience navigating hospital/institution setting; engaging and managing cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven track record of leadership accomplishments, including successful product launches
  • Expertise in developing and driving the sales and marketing process from concept to revenue generation
  • Proficient in structuring sales operating plans to meet and exceed company goals
  • Documented success in exceeding sales targets, with previous experience scaling Area Sales teams
  • Knowledge of the US reimbursement landscape
  • Experience working with third party distribution networks
  • Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams effectively
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Power BI and revenue-generating platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead a specific region within the Area, ensuring the successful execution of sales and marketing activities
  • Motivate and guide a team of professionals towards achieving set goals and targets
  • Contribute to the development and execution of regional sales and marketing strategies
  • Work closely with the team to ensure financial metrics and performance meet or exceed corporate goals
  • Foster a collaborative environment, uniting cross-functional teams around common goals within the assigned region
  • Utilize account management expertise to creatively integrate resources for optimal market potential
  • Focus on the specific region (e.g., West, Central, Northeast, Southeast) to ensure localized strategies align with broader corporate objectives
  • Develop a strong understanding of the regional market, including key competitors, industry terminology, technology, trends, and challenges
