Summary

Join PrismHR, a leading provider of cloud-based HCM platform technology, as a licensed insurance expert. You will be responsible for driving sales growth of insurance products within the PrismHR customer base. This high-growth opportunity requires a proven track record in insurance sales, specifically within the PEO market. You will collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to achieve revenue objectives. Success in this role demands strong communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills. The position reports directly to the Chief Sales Officer.

Requirements

  • Have 10+ years of sales experience with 5+ years in insurance sales
  • Be a current licensed insurance agent
  • Possess specific knowledge of the PEO, ASO, and Payroll Service provider market
  • Have a proven ability to consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives
  • Have a proven ability to run and manage an enterprise level sales process, including the ability to effectively find and define the buyers key buying reasons through diagnostic discovery
  • Possess board level presence with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Have the ability to operate in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with a desire to develop and execute go to market strategies
  • Possess strong MS Office skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for sales and growth of insurance products and revenue into the PrismHR customer community
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed insurance revenue objectives for PrismHR
  • Report directly to the Chief Sales Officer and work closely to develop goals and objectives for insurance products and sales
  • Participate in strategic client business reviews with Customer Success team to generate interest in insurance solutions
  • Be responsible for providing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual insurance revenue forecasting to the CSO and President of PrismHR
  • Meet regularly with the Chief Sales Officer to review overall progress and review key strategic imperatives for insurance sales objectives
  • Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success Teams to drive insurance sales opportunities
  • Attend National and Regional Trade Association events, such as PrismLive, NAPEOโ€™s Annual Conference and the Independent Payroll Providers Associationโ€™s Spring Summit, to meet customers
