Requirements

  • Currently located in the New York or DC Metro Area
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on brand marketing, public relations, and building high performance marketing teams
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies and programs that drive business growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand recognition and market presence
  • Lead and inspire the marketing team to achieve ambitious goals and drive business growth
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
  • Foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external customers, partners, and media
  • Oversee public relations efforts and manage media relations to enhance company and brand visibility
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey brand messaging and company plus product strategy across all channels
  • Act as the company's spokesperson when required, representing the brand in public forums, media interviews, and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS companies with rapid growth and private equity or venture capital ownership
  • Experience in legal technology software industry is a plus
