Join Key Data, a leading provider of short-term rental (STR) market intelligence, as the Vice President of Marketing. Requirements
- SaaS & Data Experience : 7β10+ years in B2B SaaS, ideally at $10Mβ$100M+ ARR stage. Familiar with high-velocity sales and ACVs between $5Kβ$150K+. Experience with data-powered products or industries like travel, hospitality, or real estate and international GTM launches would both be a plus
- Growth Marketing Expertise : Proven success scaling demand gen and integrated campaigns. Deep fluency across the modern marketing stackβdigital, ABM, brand, content, product marketing, and marketing ops
- Systems Builder : Brings structure to ambiguity. Builds repeatable processes for campaign development, messaging iteration, outbound enablement, and attribution
- GTM Execution Mindset : Experience launching and testing localized GTM campaigns by region, segment, or vertical - including outbound programs tailored to specific ICPs. Moves quickly from insight to action, using feedback loops to iterate messaging, channel mix, and offer design
- Data-Driven Decision-Making : Operates with rigor. Uses performance data to prioritize, iterate, and improve. Comfortable owning dashboards and forecast assumptions tied to revenue impact
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Drives alignment across Sales, Product, and leadership. Sets clear expectations, communicates tradeoffs, and moves fast to unblock execution
Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Growth Strategy : Lead a unified marketing plan across demand gen, digital, content, product marketing, and brand to drive qualified pipeline and grow revenue
- Own Product Launch Strategy : Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to plan and execute high-impact go-to-market strategies for new product rollouts, ensuring alignment across positioning, enablement, and demand generation
- Drive Localized & Segment-Specific GTM Plays : Design and test regional or audience-specific messaging, offers, and channels that accelerate adoption, unlock new segments, and fuel scalable growth
- Team Leadership : Coach and grow a high-performing team of marketers, building a culture of ownership, velocity, and creative experimentation
- Marketing Performance & Analytics : Own KPIs, attribution, and ROI tracking. Create visibility into pipeline contribution, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and channel efficiency
- Brand & Narrative : Shape our positioning and voice in the market. Expand our thought leadership and make Key Data a must-follow brand in the STR ecosystem
- Cross-Functional Execution : Collaborate deeply with Sales, Product, and CS to align GTM strategy, improve customer lifetime value, and fuel outbound efforts
