Sell bswift enrollment technology and benefits administration products and services to prospective customers
Responsibilities
- Represent bswift technology and benefits administration products and services to prospective channel partner distributors
- Cultivate productive and influential relationships with channel partners and prospects, and consultants/brokers
- Establish prospect sales strategies and lead RFP responses
- Lead internal team meeting preparation for external sales efforts, and all stages of prospect meetings. Develop and execute assigned vertical sales/growth strategy; proactively prospect in assigned area of focus
- Establish a market presence in assigned area of focus by participating in select market forums, collaborating with bswift peers, and cultivating market relationships
- Negotiate initial sales contracts and letters of intent to execution
- Manage complex negotiations and position products, rate levels, and expanded product portfolios to increase sales and maximize revenue
- Identify various ways to partner with the channel partner by drawing from entire spectrum of product line. Gain understanding of channel partner prospectβs ' multifaceted needs and recommend appropriate benefits from bswift's full product array of enrollment technology and service capabilities
- Maintain an active pipeline of channel partner prospects
- Provide effective presentations to all external and internal constituents
